Lance - Not possible, since gadgets live in an iframe "sandbox" so to
speak.
Some kind of "Theme API" has been requested a number of times but I've
not heard any word on whether it's an idea they may implement.
Also keep in mind that gadgets may be used in other environments
outside of iGoogle, so the concept of a "theme" may not even apply.
