Hi,

GGE (due to the underlying UI framework) does not support webkit
browsers, so Safari and Chrome will likely not work (or will behave
erratically). Firefox (including 3.5) should be working as expected,
and in my test a moment ago supported editing, opening, and saving
gadget XML. Are you logged in when you try these browsers?

Thanks,
Dan
