Hi Tintin,

I noticed you are hosted at OVH. I had a similar issue with my gadgets
hosted on a shared hosting plan at OVH about a month ago as well. One
of the Google server from the US West coast became unable to fetch my
gadget spec XML file from my domaine, causing the infamous
"information is temporarily unavailable" message (and tons of user
emails and comments). Google was seeing the request timing out from
their end, on one specific server. The impact was that about 10% of my
gadgets users were in the dark (users around the Pacific ocean).

I filed a trouble ticket with OVH reporting what was happening, along
with technical details provided by Google, but as nothing was
happening from the OVH front (they only closed my incident report and
transferred it to a help desk request), I moved my hosted domain from
the OVH server farm to one of my dedicated machine. Things started
working fine, magically... When OVH tech support finally came back to
me a few days later (!!) they just told me that they were not blocking
the related IP address from Google...

I am pretty sure there is something wrong with the OVH hosting cluster
dealing with XML gadget specs. The fact that you are experiencing the
same issue I had pretty much confirms that. But unfortunately, this
will most likely take time for them to realize what is going on... If
you can, move away from the cluster, to a dedicated or RPS machine.
You will have better control of your destiny there...
