Good point, same for me as well, not only have some gadgets disappeared from the directory, but they are as well showing with <100 users.
I just checked in the iGoogle Dashboard, and it says "Not submitted to directory". Do we need to resubmit, or will a resubmit affect the existing users. This is for sure very annoying...
