This morning, using Ubuntu/Firefox, Ubuntu/Chrome, and Windows/IE, the google gadget editor (embedded on my iGoogle page) is no longer showing my file names when I use the File/Open menu option. I'm not sure if I edited anything yesterday but it was certainly working correctly 2 days ago.
Instead of file names, I see a list like this: charset=UTF-8 application/octet-stream text/xml When I click any of these files, it tells me "this file is not a valid gadget xml". I have two developer log-ins and both have the same problem. The gadgets that appear on public web pages and in my iGoogle page appear where they are supposed to and work correctly. I simply cannot find or pull up their source code in the Gadget Editor. I've tried uploading my local-machine safe copies of the gadget code into the editor and the code will appear and will save but when I try to open it moments later, the name is corrupted. Thanks very much. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
