Hi Sayantani, This forum is for questions about developing gadgets, not issues with specific gadgets.
Gadgets are allowed to show advertisements but there are restrictions. I haven't seen the gadget in question but you can bring it up in the iGoogle help forum at http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Web+Search/label?lid=2c23fab44efbf480&hl=en.
