Hi amol, The quickest way to remove your gadget from the directory is to add it to the developer dashboard then use the link provided in the dashboard to remove the gadget from the directory. Step 5 at http://code.google.com/apis/igoogle/docs/igoogledevguide.html#publishingdescribes putting your gadget in the dashboard. Removing it from the directory should be pretty clear after that.
