Hi, There's an approval process for themes. It can take some time for your theme to be reviewed and available in the directory.
The issue with your author profile page is probably related to this one http://code.google.com/p/igoogle-legacy/issues/detail?id=645 . If you star the issue (click the small star near the top left part of the page) then you'll be notified of updates to the issue by email.
