Hello Mikkel,
checking your Google code, it appears it is still a text file
(igoogletheme4.txt). I will email you the XML doc.
You can also go to http://www.myintraweb.com/igoogle/test/joseigoogletheme.xml
and in your browser click File > Save As (IE) or Save Page As
(Firefox) and save to your PC and should retain XML file association.

As for your header image, it shows 797X83 and size doesn't match your
thumbnail or screenshot dimensions.
You will want to upload the larger image to replace the smaller one
(if keeping same image path in XML) or update the image URL to the
larger image (if present).
