Are you talking about themes created in XML, or with the do-it-
yourself iGoogle ThemeMaker?

You can already easily edit and resubmit for update themes created in
XML.

Themes already in the iGoogle theme directory (however they were
created) can also be deleted by request through this thread in the Web
Search Forum:
