Be sure that you're using the link to the raw file - https://github.com/kunku/igoogle-theme/raw/master/a.xml . It also appears that the image url can't be loaded. When I visit the url for centre_image I get a web page, not the jpeg that it seems you're trying to link to. Some hosting services (especially free ones) don't intend for people to use them this way.
