Hi Garrett,
I'm not sure what's involved in creating a gadget for Windows Vista but they
are probably significantly different from iGoogle Gadgets. The iGoogle
Developer Guide is a good place to start
http://code.google.com/apis/igoogle/docs/igoogledevguide.html . Once you get
a gadget running, other developers here might have pointers for more
specific questions about getting the same functionality on iGoogle.
