Hi Rajesh,
The template system you choose for a feature like this depends on the server
side options available for your website and the programming language you'd
like to use. It's beyond the scope of gadgets (which are client side code)
but you could try XSLT for templates that work in XML and can be handled by
a variety of kinds of software.
