I've passed along your concern to the developers but the most common cause for this is a timeout when Google servers are trying to retrieve your gadget xml spec.
Your server may respond fast enough to see the gadget spec in a browser but could still be too slow when the file is requested by Google. Server load varies by time of day and location, so you may find that your server is fast where you're located but takes longer to reply to requests from Google servers. Have a look in your logs at the requests to ensure that your server actually is responding as you expect. There are also monitoring services (some free and some paid) that you can use to check your servers from multiple locations at different times of day. hth, Rob Russell Google Developer Relations On Wed, Dec 22, 2010 at 3:17 PM, Ray <[email protected]> wrote: > Several gadgets have stopped working suddenly.
