If you intend to submit your gadget to the gadgets directory
some required attributes (author etc.) are missing, but IIRC
that results in clearer error messages.

You can test your gadget with GGE (google gadget editor),
and there is also a developer gadget to check gadgets. Just
get the complete set (GGE, dev, check, your gadget) on a Tab
of your iGoogle page for quick sanity checks and editing.

You can still host the final version elsewhere (outside of
GGE) before you submit it. Not required, you can also use
the hosting offered by GGE.

One obvious difference from my "googlets", you have a self-
closing <Moduleprefs ... /> element. I have a separate
<ModulePrefs ...> ... </ModulePrefs> end tag. Maybe your
style is perfect, but just in case test it with two tags.
