Here's the fix I've been using: 1. Make a copy of your gadget and upload it to your server (or the Google Gadget Editor). Let's say your gadget is called gadget.xml, then save it as gadget2.xml
2. Replace everything in the content section of your xml file with the following: <Content type="url" href="http://yourdomain.com/gadget2.xml"/> (get more details here: http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?topic=348&uid=112464402126876 The last the iGoogle team told me was that AdSense is ok to use in gadgets. Google is very democratic: if a user doesn't like an ad in a gadget, they can remove it easily and add a different one.
