The fix in 2 steps:
http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?topic=349&uid=112464402126876

There are a few ways to get AdSense back on your Google gadgets, but
the below steps seem to be the most efficient and it will also allow
everything to be cached by Google so that your server doesn't crash.

1. Make a copy of your gadget and upload it to your server (or the
Google Gadget Editor). Let's say your gadget is called gadget.xml,
then save it as gadget2.xml

2. Replace everything in the content section of your xml file with the
following:

<Content type="url" href="http://www.gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=http%3A%2F
%2Fyourdomain.com%2Fgadget2.xml"/>

It's that easy!!
