The rating calculation looks obviously wrong. It's like freezed since months (or years). One of my gadgets (http://www.google.com/ig/ directory?url=efattal.fr/google/calendar/) is quite well rated (4 and 5 stars) by tens of users but the global average rating is being blocked at 3.5 stars from a long long time.
