Developers should be able to ban/moderate certain people from
repeatedly spamming our gadget pages. I understand the need to allow
people to vote on the gadgets et cetera. But when people write 10-15
consecutive, argumentative posts, without voting then we should be
able to ban (or moderate) them.

For instance, look at these two examples:

http://tinyurl.com/7dezese
http://tinyurl.com/86p9x5n

This one individual (a KJV religious zealot) has decided to spam these
gadgets on a regular basis. He doesn't vote or speak about the
functionality of the gadget. He just repeatedly verbally abuses the
users and developer. Yet there is nothing I can do (as developer) to
stop him. I should be able to block this user via the dashboard from
further harassing my gadget users.

Any suggestions on how to stop spammers from harassing and abusing the
gadget users? As you can see via the provided screenshots, this
continues for MONTHS on end!
