I'm not able to access the dashboard, either. After querying server for a while, it shows an error message "An error occurred while attempting to contact the server. Please refresh the page." Since the dashboard seems to have some problems such as incorrect counts of unique users and page views, and iGoogle directory also have some problems in searching and ranking, I have been optimistically thinking that Google are working on some fixes for them and just waiting its recovery.
