Yes, I opened all of the links, but it only gives you an option of hosting your theme through Google Gadgets Editor. I'm talking about an online template for developing your theme in the new format that automatically creates the XML code for you once you have completed your theme. I currently use IGthemer. I haven't found any templates or IG Theme creators online that generate the XML code for you other than having to do it through GGE.
