I find it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for a theme to show up. They seem to put up a bunch of them all at once, so it is indeed the waiting game. Also... did you use the new full-page theme format for iGoogle, or the old theme with just the header image? I don't think they are accepting anymore themes for the old format as everything will be changing to the new full-page format by the end of March from what I've been told. Good luck!
