On or about March 9, 2012, the iGoogle address bar was changed to a different format. A. The 'refresh' button is now located on the top right, instead of mid-center; where it was originally. B. The page compatibility view is now also located on the top right, instead of mid-center; where it was originally. C. the address bar has been split with a smaller section of the address bar located just below the full address bar. Now, there is a small space in between the two. Is this a format change?
