I too am having the same problem... If I upload my gadget to the gadget checker I get the spinning animation. If I link to where it is on the web it says not found, but the file is there and I can reach it with a direct url in the browser.
Did you guys find a solution to this? is there any other gadget checker? I also don't seem to be able to add the Gadget to Gmail and I suspect it's due to the same problem.
