That's a possibility, but I do think that other web plugins should
play nice with Guice Servlet in this release and not the next. So I'd
at least look at how we would implement it.
You could consider leaving Guice Servlet for a 2.1, however. I don't
think that a release without it is that bad. After all, people can
still use Warp Servlet until this thing ships.
