This is an enhanced patch that adds the ability to turn on bridge
classloading even
when the type classloader is the same as the Guice classloader. This might
be useful
when you want proxy classes unloaded as eagerly as possible (note because
Guice now
shares proxy classes this is less of an issue than before).
To turn on eager bridge classloading use: -Dguice.custom.loader=eager
