I like a new public type InjectorBuilder with a no args constructor:
Injector injector = new InjectorBuilder()
.forbidJustInTimeBindings()
.build();
Or perhaps, an inner class of the Injector interface:
Injector injector = new Injector.Builder()
.forbidJustInTimeBindings()
.build();
