Thanks for looking at it, Jesse! I agree getElementType & the enum can go (it was a little overkill to give all those details). I'm a little hesitant to remove the duplicates one, though (and also not add it to MapBinderBinding if getElementType is gone), because without it there's no way for an SPI user to know if an Element-based MapBinder/Multibinder has allowed duplicates. I can't think of any other way to expose that bit of config info... although I suppose we can just cut it and add it later if people clamor for it.
