New issue 570 by [email protected]: Add Binding interfaces for XXXBinding
classes.

The XXXBinding classes (in com.google.inject.servlet) all share the
getInitParams, getPattern, getUriPatternType methods. Can we please create
Binding, FilterBinding & ServletBinding interfaces?
