Basic use case:
* I want my beans to start once all is configured. Some beans needs to
creat thread to process data e.t.c. This can be done in constructors...
* Also I want my beans to shutdown properly. It means I want services to
flush caches, to stop threads e.t.c. Usually it is not easy to stop
properly...
