Using Guice 3.0 from central maven repo I am still getting this:

SEVERE: The web application [/foo-bar-1.0-SNAPSHOT] appears to have started
a thread named [com.google.inject.internal.util.$Finalizer] but has failed
to stop it. This is very likely to create a memory leak.
Any news on this? I don't see guava dependency in the pom, but I've read it
will be fixed once it is upgraded. Thanks!
