I have classes that require a runtime reload to always fetch the latest
copy (generated from source):
they do not have a common interface
they are annotated with @Live (which itself if annotated with
@BindingAnnotation)
How do I capture and bind the classes?
* I need the class name and can return an implementation based on that.
