New issue 784 by [email protected]: Modules.override() doesn't pass the
right stage to the sub-modules

Description of the issue:
When using Modules.override(), currentStage() will return DEVELOPMENT in
all sub-modules, regardless of the stage passed to Guice.createInjector().
A patch against current HEAD is attached, including a new test.
