Remove the snapshot repository that was configured to support dagger-adapter.
Dagger 2 is now released, so this is not necessary.
Left the TODO in there, because the pom inheritance hierarchy needs to be
brought up to something more current (e.g. sonatype's OSS parent pom, etc.)
