Unfortunately not, though you can watch the issue to see if it gets applied in some form - or you could apply the patch yourself. As an interim solution until the patch gets applied you could try out guiceyfruit http://code.google.com/p/guiceyfruit/ which is basically a maven build based svk mirror of the guice code with some patches applied and a few extra bits and bobs. http://code.google.com/p/guiceyfruit/wiki/GuicePatches (that wiki page describes how to create a patch to apply the changes to guice trunk if you want to - though so far I've mirrored all of the trunk changes there at the time of writing).
