I just noticed one notable omission from the list of open bugs:

As Stuart and I mentioned over a month ago this isn't fixed. Jesse, can
you reopen this issue or shall I file a new one? Either way I think it
should target Guice 2.0 because Glassfish is the reference
implementation of JavaEE 6.
