It would probably make GMail wonder why you did that. After many  
nanoseconds of contemplation, GMail would decide that as an existing  
GTalk user, you didn't need additional advertising for that product.  
After another nanosecond, it would realize that you haven't been  
properly introduced to its second-cousin Google-Health. GMail would  
then queue up some rather discrete advertising that would eventually  
ensure you setup an account with its cousin and later reveal all the  
necessary information regarding your person for it and its cousin to  
fully grok you.
