the patch is already in trunk (the issue is closed) so if you want to build
it yourself:

   svn co http://google-guice.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ guice
   cd guice
   ant dist

you can then use the "build/dist/guice-snapshot.jar" in place of the Guice
2.0 jar

or download "guice-patches-2.1.3.jar" from the following link:


http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/sonatype/spice/inject/guice-patches/2.1.3/

this isn't an official build, but it contains the same patch - again you can
use this in place of the Guice 2.0 jar

note when using either of these new builds you'll need to have both the
"aopalliance" and "javax.inject" jars on your runtime classpath:

   http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/aopalliance/aopalliance/1.0/
   http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/javax/inject/javax.inject/1/
