The problem is buried in the stacktrace: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: class de.fhwedel.notifyme.NotifyMeDatabase has no @AssistInject constructor that takes the @Assisted parameters [android.app.Activity] in that order. @AssistInject constructors are [public de.fhwedel.notifyme.NotifyMeDatabase(android.content.Context)]
