Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out a good way of writing an adapters using Guice, The objective of my adapters is to adapt DataObject to Business Object and the other way around. I'm thinking about making these adapters managed by Guice because some of them might need to access injected classes (Other facades/DAOs)
One way I thought about implementing it is using the @Assisted feature Guice has but I'm not sure if that's an overkill for an adapter, it kinda makes sense to have a factory because there might be different implementations for my Adapter. For example I can think of is: Adapt a UserDO to a UserBO object where and I only set the user's ID and name and another adapter extends the previous one which actually also fetch the user latest comments using another Facade. Would this be a good candidate for @Assisted feature? Thanks for the help! -Itay -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "google-guice" group.
