Chris N was OK with transferring the sourceforge site over to github.   I
guess I'll create a one-off cglib organization & transfer ownership to it,
and add the appropriate people as committers.  I'm not terribly familiar
with the "right" way to host projects on github, so offer any and all
suggestions please!
