Hello, Sorry that you are experiencing problems downloading the file.
Can you try the following steps please: 1) Clear the cache in Firefox and try downloading again in Firefox 2) Try the file. If the file still has problems downloading, please send me a copy of the downloaded file as an attachment to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In the e-mail, please include the exact version of Firefox you are using (realizing that you've tried other browsers as well). Also, if you could tell me your location, that might help narrow things down a bit as well.
