Simple answer: code is not done yet. And it will most likely not be
identical to the Java implementation in the first place, for a simple
reason: the java world has a TON of mime code to help them with, so far, all
i could find for .NET are commercial versions - and that seems unacceptable.
Look for something here soon, at least in terms of directions.
