Hi everyone, I am the maintainer of a Google Doc backup utility called GDataCopier (http://code.google.com/p/gdatacopier/). It was recently reported that the utility no longer works properly for hosted accounts.
The library uses Python urllib2 to make calls to the Google docs web interface to download the required documents. I have performed some quick tests on the process and it seems that the authentication mechanisms have changed for hosted accounts. Is anyone aware of any such changes? Obviously it doesn't effect any parts of the project that uses the GData API to access data from the Google servers.
