So I can get Calendars... And I can get events... but not events from a specific calendar. I assume that the
usa__en%40holiday.calendar.google.com part of http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/default/allcalendars/full/usa__en%40holiday.calendar.google.com is the unique bit I should query for and I can call the url by hand. But I don't see how to use this in the CalendarEventQuery.
