Hi,

There is a quota system in place for Calendar to prevent spamming and
abuse of the product. Typically there is a quota to limit the number
of operations (calendar creation, event invitation) on a given day.
Once that quota is reached, your account will be frozen for a day, you
will have wait about 24 hours for your quota to build back up. With
that said, almost all use cases are usually well-under our quota
limits, if your situation requires different handling please let us
know.

Hope it helps,
Austin
