No official gmail api. There are two known ways to subvert this: If you want to treat gmail as a webservice try this: http://libgmail.sourceforge.net/
it's a python lib that has reverse engineered gmail. If you want to use the existing gmail page but want more features you can either write your own using Greasemonkey https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 To get an idea what you can do with greasemonkey: http://lifehacker.com/software/exclusive-lifehacker-download/better-gmail-2-firefox-extension-for-new-gmail-320618.php Fortunately, it only works with Firefox so now you have a good reason to get everybody in your organization of Internet Exploder. ( yes I know, it's just a delusion I like to foster ) ;) Vance On Tue, Apr 1, 2008 at 6:30 AM, NotNetJayHawk <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I'm searching around the Google site trying to find out what API's are > available for gmail.
