I got the solution,
EMail primaryEmail = new EMail("[EMAIL PROTECTED]");
doesn't set address property of EMail.
It should be set exclusivley not in constructor like this
EMail primaryEmail = new EMail("[EMAIL PROTECTED]");
primaryEmail.Address = "[EMAIL PROTECTED]";
