That is not enough data for me to understand the problem reasonably. Can you elaborate on this? two points i do not get:
a) when the server does not find the DLL is this the ASP on the server trying to USE the DLL or is this the server trying to serve the DLL for download? b) what has the client to do with the server problem? Are you using the ASP build of the .NET dlls?
