Thank you, I hadn't seen the related post. I did not know webContent is a widget itself. Interesting.
Another Question: if in the user prefs one of the parameters is the calendar feed, then would it be in theory possible for the widget inside the webcontent to load the jscript google library (would it be already loaded as it would be 'running' in the calendar?), then connect to the calendar feed and update an entry, as the user would be already logged in since he/she is browsing the calendar, and assuming the scope used to check if the user is logged in is the same as google calendar uses (i dont know about this, it is just a guess). Then the other problem would be: if the widget inside the webContent can indeed update an entry, when would it be updated in the gui? (there could be some nasty 'phantom' changes in the entries) And finally, i have read google cal will convert any http:// it finds in the description of the entry to hyperlinks, is that so? is it possible also to create an href so the whole http.. is not shown? Sorry if they are too many questions, just trying to create entries that are cancelable via the user (hence the hyperlink) or a third party user from an external website (that is when the widget would need to check the status of the appointment and update the entry).
